How I handle your data

What I collect, and why
When you use one of the tools I store your answers (month, party, trip type, budget band), your email, and which video brought you here. The answers are what the tool runs on. The email is how I send you the result and the weekly email. Which video brought you here tells me what to make more of.
I don't use advertising cookies and there's no third-party tracker on this site, which is why there's no cookie banner to click through.
Your consent
Nothing is pre-ticked. The email goes nowhere until you tick the box. When you do, I record the time, the page and the IP address it came from: that record is the proof of your consent, and you can unsubscribe from every email in one click.
Who else sees it
Supabase (database, London) and Sender (email delivery, EU) process it on my behalf. Cloudflare serves the site. Nobody buys it, because it isn't for sale.
How long
Tool answers and emails: three years from your last interaction, then deleted. Enquiries about a trip: seven years, because they're business records.
What you can ask for
A copy of what I hold, a correction, or deletion. Write to the address above and you'll hear back within 30 days. You can also complain to the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
